She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Cooper and Kathryn Cooper of Short Gap; and her parents-in-law, Reverend J. B. and Irene Williams of Clifton Forge, Virginia.. She is survived by: her husband Eric Randall Williams; her sons, Joshua Alexander Williams and Justin Blake Williams; and her sisters, Sylvia Cooper Gatewood and Anne Cooper Woolfolk of Virginia Beach. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
