Newkirk, Donnette Baehr, Gay Smith and Michelle Lum; his daughter Sherry K. Cataldo; his grandsons, Alexander G. and Logan A. Cataldo; and his nieces and nephews, Jessica R. Smith, Kyler K. Lum, Jennifer R. Henry, Kainoa B. Lum and Aaron Henry. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
