He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Monroe Shoemaker and Ruth Elizabeth Williams Shoemaker; and his brother Ken. He is survived by: his wife Linda Shoemaker; his daughter Whitney Andrew (Lee Andrew); and his grandchildren, Caleb Andrew, Tabitha Andrew and Preston Andrew.
