She is survived by: her husband Russell Packard (Russ); her children, Rusty (Margaret) and Crystal (John Forrest); her siblings, Joseph Burris (John Nash), William Burris, Dawn (Chaz Wolf) and Cindy Slawson-Grant (Robert Grant); and her grandchildren, Britney, John, Jason, Kaitlynn Forrest and Colin Packard. She is also survived by her husband/soulmate, children, grandchildren, family, numerous friends, pets.
