It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Greeson Gilliam of Cary, North Carolina, born in Alamance, North Carolina, who passed away on August 14, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Fide Greeson and Doris Whitesell Greeson. She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Ann Jones (Scott) and Sharon Lynn Kaufman (Samuel); her grandchildren, Ashlyn Jones, Ava Jones, Jacob Kaufman, Alexis Kaufman and Isaac Kaufman; and her sister Shirley Greeson Clapp.
