She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mothers, Lela Yeargan and Bessie Yeargan; her husband Norman R. Hurst; her siblings, Juanita Nutt, Leonard Yeargan, Nello Yeargan and Ira Goodwin; her son Gary R. Hurst of Cary; and her siblings, Laverne Ellis, Eva Lloyd (Mike), Lela McCarson, Felton Yeargan (Bonnie) and Pete Goodwin (Wyonne). She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
The graveside will be in Good Hope Baptist Church cemetery. in lieu of flowers, you can make donations to Good Hope Baptist Church, 6628 Good Hope Church Road, Cary, NC 27519 that will be used for Good Hope's Operation Christmas Child Ministry.
