Small and Saudi Arabia; his daughter-in-law Brigitte Wolf Small of Whitestone, VA; his siblings, Genevieve Sparks of Santa Cruz, CA and Frank Small of Pismo Beach, CA; and his parents, Cora Loumima Small and Sidney Smith Small. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the White Plains United Methodist Church Memorial Garden.
