She is survived by: her spouse Clifton Zack; her son Clarence Zack (Mary Lou) of Cary, NC; her grandchildren, Kim Bonner (Tom) of Willow Springs, NC, Sandy Loar (Alan) of Benson, NC and Ed Zack (Tina) of Cary, NC; her great grandchildren, Kindra Colucci (Joshuwa), Courtney Rybandt (Jacob), Katie Zack, Elizabeth Loar, Colton Bonner and Nicole Zack; and her great great grandchildren, Tristan Rybandt and Zachary Colucci.
