He is survived by: his wife Deborah Stallings Carawan; his children, Russell Carawan (Bridget) and Ashley White; and his siblings, Beverly Carawan, Mary Ellen Carawan and Jeff Carawan (Chris). He is also survived by loving nephews, nieces, and a great nephew and niece.
