He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lowe and Eloise Lowe of Cary. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn "Kit" Lowe; his children, Jimmy Gaskins (Kristine) of Mt. Gilead, Kathy Cottle (Herman) of Lillington and Heather Szalanski (Paul) of Fuquay-Varina; his grandchildren, Katie, Karissa Donohue, Nicholas, Amber Cottle and Riley Szalanski; and his sister Linda Brown of Waynesville, NC..
In lieu of flowers, the family has established the Ronald (Ronnie) Lowe Memorial Scholarship at Wake Technical Community College.
