He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Hannigan and Mary Hannigan (Groft); his brother Thomas; and his wife Rosa. He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Hannigan, Patricia Hannigan and Mary Valdes; and his nieces, Emily Miller of Golden, CO and Stephanie Clement of York, PA.. He is also survived by his family and friends.
