He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Mills and Daisy Wagnor Mills; his wife Nancy Jones Mills; his children, Glynis Young (Dale) of Fuquay Varina and Raymond Mills, Jr. (Monica) of Clayton; and his siblings, Talmadge Mills (Bonnie) of Apex and Jessie Ruth Powell. He was also cherished by 5 grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
