Philip Sasser Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip Sasser of Cary, North Carolina, who passed away on August 18, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Philip farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Philip is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sasser and Thelma Sasser. He is survived by: his wife Cassandra "Cassie" Sasser; his children, Anne Baker (Daniel), Jamison "Jamie" Sasser (Jennifer), Travis Sasser (Joy), Nathan Sasser (Patricia) and Philip Sasser (Kate); and his sister Mary Lou Montenery (John). He is also survived by twenty grandchildren; one great-grandson.
