He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wallace Kinney and Nelle Delores Kinney. He is survived by: his nephew Bill; his wife Patricia Kinney (Martin); and his siblings, Bill Kinney (Elena) of Spring City, PA, Nanette McCarthy (Kevin) of Peachtree City, GA and Amy Licata (John) of Buffalo, NY. He is also survived by 7 nephews, 2 nieces, 2 grandnieces, 1 grandnephew, and many friends.
