It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Anthony Tipton in Cary, North Carolina, who passed away on August 28, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Jean Tipton. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Tipton; his daughter Angela Tipton of Cary; his father Tony Tipton of Jonesborough, TN; his brother Todd Tipton (Cindy) of Elizabethton, TN; and his nephew John Tipton of Johnson City, TN..
