She was predeceased by: her husband C. Earl Fields. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Smith (Earl), David Fields (Lori), Teresa Mulhausen (Paul), Debbie Rodeffer (Gene) and Lynda Merritt (Mac). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
