She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Meringer and Elizabeth Meringer; her husband Walter Edward Jazwa; and her son Kenneth Jazwa. She is survived by: her sons, Walter Jazwa (Patricia) of Queen Creek and Thomas Jazwa (Donna) of Cary; her grandchildren, Chris Jazwa (Kaitlyn), Kyle Jazwa (Kimberley), Laurissa Reager (Deglan), Jackie Boshart (Mike) and Amelia Jazwa; and her great grandchildren, Joshua, Eliana Reager, Mason and Charlotte Boshart.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to Transitions LifeCare – 250 Hospice Circle – Raleigh, NC 27607.
