He is survived by: his wife Mary George Brewer; his children, Gordon Brewer, Jr, Rosemary Brewer-Rhodes (Greg) and Timothy Brewer (Shannon); his grandchildren, Rebecca Brewer of Chattanooga, TN, Ethan Brewer and Kamryn Brewer; his stepgranddaughter Brittney Rhodes; his stepgreat-grandson Wesley Reeves of Clayton, NC.; and his brothers, Kenneth Brewer, Tallahassee and Robert H. Brewer.
