She was predeceased by: her husband Charlie Cook; her brother Thomas Meadows (Billie); her brother-in-law Harold Cook (Ruth); her granddaughter Bridgett Kelly; and her nephew Jake Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Kenny Cook (Lynn) and Mona Kelly (Doug); her grandchildren, Brett Cook, Holly and Drew; her cousins, Stephen Kelly (Becca) and Stephanie Adams (Dennis); her great grandchildren, Emilee and Lilly Adams of Adrienne Kelly; her brother C. L. Meadows (Carol); and her sister-in-law Dorothy Cook. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
