She was predeceased by: her husband John C. Coulter, Jr; and her son John C. Coulter III. She is survived by: her daughters, JoNell Benson (John) and Rebecca Stapleton; and her grandchildren, Julia Benson Efird (Richie) and James Coulter Benson. She is also survived by mother and grandmother, who adored her daughters and grandchildren.
