She is survived by: her children, Charles Lewis Jr. of Raleigh, NC, Paul Lewis (Debbie) of Fuquay Varina, NC, Meg Lewis Moore (Kelly) of Mooresville, NC, Danny Mcleod of Wilmington, NC and Ned Mcleod (Rhonda) of Fayetteville, NC.; her grandchildren, Ashley Lewis (Patrick Barefoot), Hannah Lewis (Jeff), Patrick Moore, Hunter Moore, William Moore, Michael Lewis Broadwell and Sydney Mcleod; and her great grandchildren, Jack Cook, Addison Barefoot, Noah Carella and Zoey Carella.
