With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lawrence Welch Jones of Cary, North Carolina, who passed away on November 28, 2023 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Welch Jones and Edward Marshall "Mic" Jones. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his brother Michael of Gilbert, AZ; his children, Liz (Cody) of Apex, NC and Alex (Callie) of Morrisville, NC; and his grandchildren, Caroline, Lilly, Ella, William and Emmy. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research or St. Michael Preschool in Cary, NC.
