He is survived by: his mother Carolyne Warlick of Prattville, AL; his wife Dottie Waller Warlick of Raleigh, NC; his daughter Breanna Nicole Warlick of Raleigh, NC; his siblings, Debbie Stalker (Mike Stalker) of Phoenix, AZ and Steve Warlick of Prattville, AL; his mother-in-law Betty Waller of Prattville, AL; and his sister-in-law Kathy Sheffield (John Sheffield) of Prattville, AL. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews, neighbors, friends.
