He was predeceased by: his parent John Polomsky; his brother Thomas Polomsky; and his grandson Jonathan Flasch. He is survived by: his parent Emma Polomsky (Evans); his children, Timothy of Cary, Michael (Anne) of Macedonia, Ohio, Cynthia Flasch (Charles) of Indianapolis, Diane Berk (David) of Holly Springs and Judy Tackett (James) of Holly Springs; his sister Suzanne; his grandchildren, Michael Polomsky, Jennifer Esterle (Kurt), Douglas Polomsky (Courtney), Kathryn Lennert (Phil), Megan Hart (Ben), Ryan Tackett, Sarah Tackett, Erin Mulder (Scott), Mac Flasch, Kyle Tackett and Spencer Flasch; and his great grandchildren, Lexi Esterle, Lindsi Tackett, Lily Polomsky, Garret Polomsky, Ella Hart, Caroline Hart, Maggie Mulder and Addison Tackett.
