He is survived by: his wife Melanie Rae Fagert; his children, Nathan Busby (Emily Stamboulieh) of Clinton, Paul Busby (Amanda) of Carthage and Megan Busby of Carthage; his grandchildren, Adriana, Taryne, Braylan, Raylie, Kamdyn, Soraya, Darby, Chipley and Wesley; and his siblings, David Busby (Martha) of Mississippi, Letha Greer of Mississippi, George Busby (Sharon) of Mississippi and John Busby (Ellie) of Mississippi.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to a scholarship fund set up by NCTSA in memory of Joe.
