Joan Casselberry McCracken Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Casselberry McCracken (Cary, North Carolina), born in Asheville, North Carolina, who passed away on August 17, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Casselberry and Adelaide Casselberry; and her sister Ellen Casselberry. She is survived by: her husband Marvin McCracken; and her children, Chris McCracken of Hill City, SD, Jeff McCracken (Jolie) of Haw River, NC, Kevin McCracken (Beth) of Clemson, SC and Kelly McCracken of Raleigh, NC. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19, a memorial service will be held at her church, First United Methodist of Cary at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Joan's honor to First United Methodist Church of Cary.
