Jean Bottoms Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Bottoms of Cary, North Carolina, who passed away on March 5, 2022 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jean Bottoms to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lewis Holloman and Annie Mae Watson Holloman; her husband Ben Bottoms of Wilson; and her siblings, William Holloman of Raleigh, Hugh Holloman of Selma, Louise Woolums of Georgetown, KY, Lois Lee of Raleigh, Betty Pentecost (Lorena) of New Bern and Connie Bell Grant of Smithfield.

She is survived by: her son Jamey Crumpler (Michelle) of Cary; her grandchildren, Jenna and Jay; and her sister Mearl Hartley of Smithfield. She is also survived by step-daughters and grandchildren.

Flowers are welcome, but memorial contributions may be instead donated to either Macedonia Baptist Church in Raleigh, or Unity Free Will Baptist Church in Wilson.
