Deyi Reoyo wrote a sympathy message

“My heart is broken today of the news, I had the honor and distinct privilege to serve under LTG Lovelace three times during my Army career which my wife and I cherish as our best memories in the Army. LTG Lovelace was a super Soldier, leader without equal, gentlemen and mentor. I have and will always cherish and remember our time together, thank you for the mentorship. Deyi and I send our deepest and sincere condolences to the Lovelace family. Paul & Deyi Reoyo”
