It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Clarence Crew of Cary, North Carolina, who passed away on September 4, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Earl Crew and Helen Louise Dority Crew; and his siblings, Helen and John. He is survived by: his sons, James Clarence Crew, Jr. (Glenda) and John Christopher Crew (Dee) of Raleigh; his granddaughter Dr. Caitlin Warren (Ben); his great grandchild Emmett of Archdale, N. C.; his grandson McCale Penven-Crew (Jessica); his great grandchildren, Caroline and Oliver of Cary, N. C.; his granddaughters, Carter Crew of Washington, D. C. and Brynna Crew of Raleigh, N. C.; his brother Dr. Robert E. Crew, Jr.; and his wife Dixie Lewis.
