He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis "Lou" Thomas Lyons Sr. and Nancy Gocke Lyons. He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandy" Botting Lyons; his sons, Michael and Matthew Lyons; and his siblings, Louis (Thomas Lyons II), Sheila Barchet Bisland and Beth Barchet Berry. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
