She was predeceased by: her husband Sergeant Major Nathaniel Wise; and her son Nathaniel Joseph Wise. She is survived by: her children, Gwendolyn M. Wise-Blackman (Reginald Blackman), Kenneth P. Wise (Sherrian), James A. Wise (Rhonda) and Glenn A. Wise; her grandchildren, James A. Wise, Jr., LaTrail Cook (Thomas), Kenny P. Wise, Jr., Celica D. Wise, Myisha Wise, Jamal A. Wise, Adrian J. Wise, Justin Blackman, Avery (Imani), Alex and Alexys; her niece Anita Provost; and her sister-in-law Audrey Provost. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, cousins, extended family, and friends.
