It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Garland Luther Harris Jr. of Cary, North Carolina, who passed away on September 21, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland Luther Harris, Sr. and Ida Bell Harris. He is survived by: his wife Ann Cooper Harris; his children, Garland Luther Harris, III (Jessica) and Karen Harris Brock (Rob); and his sisters, Jo Ann Weavil (Nathan) and Jeanne Gillenwater (Dean). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid concerns and the well-being of our friends, the family will not be hosting a formal visitation.
