He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Peterson and Charlotte Anderson Peterson; and his wife Marilyn Peterson. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Rider (Jeff) of Raleigh, Cheryl Derezinski of Delray Beach and Joni Fielding of St. Petersburg; and his siblings, Richard Peterson (Pam) of Pelican Rapids, MN and Nancy Peterson Olson. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 6 great- grandchildren.
