He is survived by: his mother Anna Mae Toth of Henderson; his wife Jane; his son Daniel; his daughter-in-law Heather; his grandson Everett; his great grandchild Kristen; his siblings, Amanda Toth, Patti Higgins (Bret), Sue Robinson (Dave), Robert Toth (Debbie), Steve Toth (Denise) and Chris Toth (Lisa); his pets, Casey and Sophie; and also Shane Walsh. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
