We are sad to announce that on January 16, 2020, at the age of 78, Emily Maxwell White (Cary, North Carolina), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Garrott Staley Maxwell, Sr. and Emily Eldredge Maxwell. She is survived by: her children, Staley Christine White Bowden (Brad Robinson) of Mona Vale and Chester Patchen White, III (Alessandra) of San Francisco, CA.; her grandchildren, Olivia, Gwen, Griffin White, Thomas Ian Maxwell Bowden and Callum Garrott Bowden; her sister-in-law Joyce; her aunt Elizabeth Maxwell Warren; her cousins, Marguerite Maxwell Slaughter, Lee Maxwell Harrison, Peter W. T. Maxwell, Edgar I. Maxwell, Mary Ives Pugh, John Maxwell and Emily; and also, Melissa Gardner White of Maryland and Matthew Bowden of New South Wales.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to UNC-TV, PO Box 600067, Raleigh, NC 27675, from which Emily received many hours of enjoyment via Masterpiece Theater.
