He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Spitz and Ed Spitz. He is survived by: his wife Cheri Spitz; his children, Jeffrey Spitz of Charlotte, NC, Mason, Jacob, Bennett, Jennifer Milder (Ben) of Arlington, VA and Laura Spencer (Kevin) of Falls Church, VA; and his brother Larry Spitz (Patricia). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
