With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dot P. Kurzawa (Cary, North Carolina), born in Plainfield, New Jersey, who passed away on October 29, 2018 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her grandfather Harley Patterson; her pet Waffles; her husband Robert "Bob" Kurzawa; her children, Elisabeth "Liz" Kurzawa Sanchez (Greg Sanchez) of Raleigh, NC and William "Bill" Robert Kurzawa of Leland, NC; her grandchildren, Tyler Patterson Kurzawa of Greenville, NC, Parker Reed Kurzawa of Four Oaks, NC, William "Kramer" Kurzawa of Leland, NC, Sarah Elisabeth Sanchez of Raleigh, NC and Katherine "Kate" Ann Sanchez of Raleigh, NC.; and her sister Florence Patterson Ballengee of Maryland.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be sent to Transitions LifeCare at 250 Hospice Circle, Raleigh, NC 27607.
