She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Tharrington and Mamie Hackney Tharrington; her children, Shane Holden, Willie Holden and Jodi Lynn Tant; her brothers, Billy Tharrington and Allen Tharrington; and her cousin Mollie Holden.
She is survived by: her children, James "Jamie" Holden (David), Frankie Tant (Ann), Kathy Tant Perry, Thursa Tant Lopez (Salvador) and Mamie Jo Aycock (Bobby); and her close friends, Brenda Hayes and Beverly Edleman. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
