He was predeceased by: his daughter Andrea Frances Carret of Glen Rock; his parents, Philip L. Carret and Elisabeth Osgood Carret of Scarsdale; his siblings, Gerard O. Carret of New York and Diane Carret Swingle; and his former wife Anne Richard Carret.
He is survived by: his wife Anne Helen Richard; his children, Donna Elisabeth and Frederick Philip; his former wife Pat Kloser; his children, Donna Carret of Cary and Fred Carret; and his children-in-law, Mélissa Caron of Scarsdale and Kevin Gately of Fair Lawn. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and twenty-four great-grandchildren.
