She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Secrest and Dolly Secrest; and her daughter Catherine Elizabeth Mooneyham. She is survived by: her husband Fred Padgett; her children, Leslie S. Campbell of Decatur, AL and Thomas Secrest of Winston Salem; and her brothers, Sam Secrest of Cary and Mark Secrest of Scottsdale, AZ. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
