It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Westaver Toal of Cary, North Carolina, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on January 19, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Toal and Betty Toal of Waterloo, IL.; and his sister Patricia Tangeman. He is survived by: his wife Libby Robinson Toal; his daughter Ava Margaret Toal of Cary, NC; his brothers, John Toal (Cindy) and James Toal (Karla); and his siblings-in-law, Rick Tangeman and Tammy Crabtree (Joe). He is also survived by aunt, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial contributions be made to the Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration (AFTD) in his honor.
