He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his son Jason; his daughter-in-law Hyeonsu; his grandsons, Nathan, Andrew and Ian; his brother Steven; his sister-in-law Susan; and his nieces and nephews, David and Erin. He is also survived by many other close friends and relatives.
The family gratefully declines flowers, but donations may be made in David's honor to the College Park Baptist Church Missions Fund.
