He is survived by: his parents, Ed Stanton and Linda Stanton of Sanford, NC; his brothers, Jeffrey (Washington, DC) and Scott of Corvallis, OR; his grandmother Betty Westfall of Pittsboro, NC; his aunt Carolyn Beatty; and his cousins, Marisa Beatty of Chapel Hill, NC, Collin Beatty and Berkley Beatty of Land O'Lakes, FL.
