He is survived by: his children, Monique Merriweather-Yarborough (Henry) of Garner, Angela Merriweather of Miami, FL, William O. Meriweather of Wilkerson, NC and Clarence D. Merriweather of Wilkerson, NC; and his brother Clifford Merriweather of Wendell. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
