He is survived by: his son Cecil Turner, Jr. (Sandra) of Grifton; his siblings, Georgia Letchworth (Billy) of Grifton, Gloria James (Steve) of Florida, Steve Turner (Ruth) of Pink Hill and James Turner (Brenda) of Virginia; and his grandchildren, Erin Berg (Ben) of Comfort and Ashley Turner of Cary.
