She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Fisher Decker and Katherine Hoplock Decker; her sister Georgianna Clifton; her brother-in-law Bobby Lee Clifton; her niece Kay Clifton; and her brother Charles Lyle Decker.
She is survived by: her husband Sylvester; her daughters, Terri Reeder (Wes) of Temecula, CA, Julie Gibbs of Cary, NC and Jennifer Hannigan (Tom) of Kingwood, TX; her grandchild Brette Hannigan of Houston, TX; her daughters, Ryan Hannigan of Austin, TX, Saylor Gibbs of Cary, NC and Keaton Gibbs of Redwood City, CA; her sister-in-law Betty Decker of Staunton, VA; her nephew Christopher Clifton (Donna) of Asheboro, NC.; her brothers-in-law, Randy, Lesley Ferguson (Hannah) of Morehead City, NC, Lucian Parshall (Jean) of Lansing, MI and Joe Ash of Boston, MA; her cousins, Arlene Giegerich of Roselle Park, NJ and Joanne Nirmaier of Hilton Head, SC; and her friends, Mary DuBois, Jim Ferguson, Jack Gross, Don Kidwell, Andy Lawson, Doty, Jan Olson, Libby and Fred Zorbas. She is also survived by many friends in addition to her family.
