He is survived by: his wife Trish of Gold Hill, NC; his children, Michele Messere Legg (Bill) and Mark Messere (Gina); his grandchild Caleigh; his niece Lisa Cusack (Ray); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Amanda, Raymond, Dylan and Ashley; his brother-in-law Lamar Yelton (Jan); his nephew Josh Yelton (Leigh); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Carson and Parker; his niece Jenna Ridenhour (Stuart); and his great-nephews, Jace and Mason.
