He was predeceased by: his brothers, Charles, Clarence, William and Bobby Gene Jordan (Kay). He is survived by: his children, Pamela Williams (Alfred) of Durham, Terry Joyner (Juanita) of Springfield, Clay Joyner of Cary, Becky Joyner of Harrisburg, PA, Ritchie Joyner of Raleigh and Ty Joyner of Kinston; his brother Bobby Joyner of Greenville; and his grandchildren, Aaliyah Joyner, Sidney Joyner of Springfield and Matthew Williams of Durham.
