Betty Jo Summers Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Jo Summers of Cary, North Carolina, who passed away on December 9, 2020 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clifford Hogsett and Mary Hogsett; her children, Kathryn Summers Clark of Cary, Cliff Summers (Susan) of Cary and Chuck Summers (Lynn) of Fredericksburg, VA; her grandchildren, Amanda, Josh, Banks and Colin; and her great grandchildren, Noah, Gracie and Rylie.
Given the current health restrictions due to COVID -19, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Jo to First United Methodist Church in Wadesboro, NC, or the Delta Kappa Gamma scholarship fund.
