He is survived by: his parents, Phil Disclafani and Cathee Disclafani; his sons, Tanner and Parker; his brothers, PJ (Carrie) and Tim (Julie); his niece Ruby; his nephews, Wyatt and Cooper; his cousin Victor Bindi, III; his aunt Rosie Sanderson; and his uncle Victor Bindi, Jr..
